This plant needs regular feeding and water in moderation, water more in summer than in winter but do not leave this plant standing in too much water as it loathes wet feet. If kept indoors it should be kept in a heated room but care should be taken to keep the root ball moist. The small foliaged Ficus types can be pruned into shape as a Bonsai
