How do you pack and ship an order? ​

We take exceptional care in preparing & packaging your orders. All of our plants are shipped in growers’ containers. Plants, their soil, and containers are bagged and carefully secured in their boxes for transit before loading your order.

When do orders usually ship?

Most orders ship out from our inventory within 1-2 business days!

How long will it take for my order to arrive after it’s been shipped?

Most orders typically take anywhere from 2-6 days to arrive at your front door, depending on where their new home is!

Shipping fees

We will handle, package and ship the products you order with the utmost care to ensure a healthy delivery. Shipping and handling charges are $40 per order. Please note that some items include an additional handling surcharge, these will be noted on the item’s product page.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been sent to our nursery location for processing, it cannot be canceled. You can, however, refuse the order upon delivery. By doing so, you will not have to pay for the order.

Terms of sale

Once you have submitted your order and the checkout process is complete, your order will be removed from stock and your credit card will be charged immediately if you select to pay by credit card. Customers approve that their order will be delivered without the need for a signature. Unless the customer has made other arrangements with the carrier, our carrier will leave the package(s) unattended.

Wrong item

We take great care to label the varieties by name and we will replace the product if we have sent the wrong plant. There will be no refund of the purchase price of the plant, but we will replace the plant at our expense. The customer confirms that he/she understands the type of plant he/she is buying as published on each product page at gardencenterpoint.com. We will not replace or refund items in which the customer has purchased the wrong type of plant. In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. All we ask for is a photo of the items received, including the packing slip, and we will reship the goods. We do not offer refunds, but if the missing item is not in stock, the customer can replace it with an item of comparable value.

Payment 

Payments Types Accepted: Cash on Delivery

We accept Cash on Delivery as a payment method. Instead of paying upfront, customers get to examine on-site, then pay for it once they deem the package fitting and satisfactory. You can then remit payment to the shipping company, which relays the payment back to us. Conversely, customers could also deny payment if the package is not up to your requirements.

The ‘Cash on Delivery’ payment term is usually discussed and agreed upon before the finalization of the sale. When COD is the agreed-upon payment terms, this means that the payment is collected at delivery, instead of before the products are shipped.

It is important to clarify that the payment must still be gathered before the handover of the products, preventing delivery in the case that payment is not provided.

Return and refund

Sales are permanent. We guarantee all gardencenterpoint.com products to be high quality, true to type, and properly shipped. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your items ordered you may refuse to take delivery of all or part of your order and do not have to pay for anything.
