The Weasel Garden Claw will even break up hard stubborn soils and those containing clay. It is ideal for preparing areas for planting, weeding overgrown areas, or integrating compost and/or fertilizer. This garden claw tool features four 5.5-inch angled steel tines that are sharpened for easy ground penetration and tear through the soil with a corkscrew action.

Tips & Tricks

• Keep an upright stance and use the t-bar handles for twisting leverage to reduce unnecessary strain on the body.
• For best results use the Weasel® Garden Claw in soil that is damp but not wet. Wet soil will tend to dry in clumps after it has been worked. Soil that is too dry will be difficult to penetrate and turn.
• Avoid compacting the soil you are loosening and aerating. Plan your starting point and move in one direction; this will ensure you cover all areas and prevent you from stepping on prepped ground.
• The Weasel® Garden Claw is also handy for loosening the soil around established weeds making extraction simpler.
