Urn-shaped cones, about 1/2″ long, mature in autumn and change to a reddish-brown, providing winter interest. ‘Golden Globe’ is most often seen as a short shrub and is a great, carefree choice for accent plantings. When planted close together they makes a nice medium-sized hedge or border.

Easily grown in average, well-drained soil in full sun to part shade. It tolerates wide range of soils and prefers humid weather with regular rains.
