The Asparagus Jersey Giant (Asparagus ‘Jersey Giant’) a spring-planted herbaceous root, produces large quantities of quality spears of green Asparagus. The spears can be up to 7 to 9 inches long and they grow profusely on vigorous plants. They are very tasty and meaty!
