Tips for Care:
Preferring full sun, Muscari handles part shade in warmer growing zones of 3-9. Grape Hyacinth prefers all types of soil as long as it’s well-drained soil. Add bulb fertilizer to each hole for best results. For indoors, force in a bright yet indicted sun location for the strongest stems and foliage. Deadhead after bloom if desired. These tender perennials appreciate cover by later emerging garden plants and will die back in summer until next year. Prune back the flowers after they fade, and leave the greenery to make food for the bulb. Then after the foliage yellows, you can prune it back to the ground. Store forced bulbs in a cool, dark location.
