Red Roses are an enduring symbol of true love! But let’s face it. A lot of the classic Roses, the Hybrid Teas, need tender loving care to perform up to their amazing potential. Not everyone has that kind of time on their hands!

Introducing the Red Ribbons® (Rosa ‘KORtemma’) Groundcover Rose is for you. You’ll love the reliable bright red double blooms displayed against super glossy green leaves. This is well-known as a consistent selection in all climates throughout the chilliest of USDA growing zones 3 through warm zone 9.

Tips for Care:

Plant Roses in full sun for the most blooms, but these also bloom wonderfully in partial shade. This Groundcover Rose is very low maintenance and disease-resistant! It will tolerate a wide range of soils and climates. Provide moderate and consistent moisture throughout the growing season and regular fertilizer. They are drought-tolerant when established but can also withstand moist soils, as long as the drainage is good.

Deadheading encourages re-blooming. Fertilize with Dr. Earth’s Life Organic and Natural All-Purpose Fertilizer in the spring. Wait until early spring to prune back last year’s growth down to 12 inches. Remove any broken, crossing, or winter-damaged branches.
